We encourage all our candidates to learn about the environment in which they are considering a career; law students often only learn about the internal environments of differing law firms after they have commenced articles. We encourage new entrants into the profession to consider the challenges discussed in the paper by Patrick J. Schiltz: On Being a Happy, Healthy, and Ethical Member of an Unhappy, Unhealthy, and Unethical Profession (Vanderbilt Law Review Vol. 52 at 871) .

If you are interested in joining us from another firm, we welcome any discussions. We’re interested in working with the right people who share our approach.
